ABOUT KELLI BRONS HYPNOTHERAPY

I use hypnotherapy combined with decades worth of experience with my own healing journey, to help clients overcome the subconscious blocks holding them back from living their best life. I provide a safe, nurturing space for clients to unearth, explore and heal their limiting beliefs, emotional blocks and anxiety using a gentle supportive hypnotherapy approach that is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each client. Together we embark on a healing journey that allows each client to pinpoint the origin of some of their most fundamental emotional blocks, and reprogram them using tools and techniques that vary depending on the nature of the block or limiting belief. The pace of this process is dictated by the client’s comfort and readiness. Some clients notice a significant difference and improvement after a single session. Most clients realize maximum benefit with an average of 6 sessions. My process and approach can be used on a wide range of client challenges, however most of my clients have concerns around anxiety, limiting beliefs, or emotional blocks.

ABOUT HYPNOTHERAPY TREATMENTS

We all have a conscious mind (logical, linear and analytical thinking) and an unconscious or subconscious mind where emotions, perceptions, habits, beliefs and automatic bodily functions, such as breathing and digestion, are handled. Hypnosis deals with your unconscious mind or your “inner” mind. The conscious mind is responsible for guarding the inner subconscious mind so when someone tells you something that isn’t true, it’s your conscious mind that would reject that idea. During hypnosis we want the conscious mind to relax and stand to the side, so we can interact directly with the subconscious mind. This is how we get new beneficial ideas to be accepted by the subconscious mind – by going into a theta brainwave state with the conscious mind deeply relaxed. In hypnosis we temporarily relax the conscious mind so that the beneficial changes we want to make to our emotions, and habits are learned quickly by the powerful deep inner mind.

How it Works

    STEP 1 - DISCOVERY & CONNECTION

    We engage in a free 30-minute discovery call to see if we are a good match to work together - I only work with clients that feel a sense of connection and resonance with, and on issues where I feel strongly that I am able to help. If we agree to work together, there will be a few forms to fill out and clients can book a time for their first session using my Calendly link which I will send. They will receive a Zoom appointment link via email after they book.

    STEP 2 - PAYMENT

    All sessions need to be paid in full 24 hours prior via etransfer or paypal.

    STEP 3 - FIRST SESSION

    First session - 90 minutes - before we engage in the actual hypnotherapy session, we have an intake conversation where, through a series of questions, a client will help me understand their journey and in what ways they most want to transform. I will share some common myths and misconceptions about hypnotherapy and allow them to ask any questions about the process. This process usually takes about 30-40 minutes. I will then lead the client into a hypnotherapy session which will usually last about 40 minutes.

    STEP 4 - POST SESSION DISCUSSION

    We will have a few minutes to chat once I bring the client out of hypnosis so that I can share some of their thoughts about the experience with me.

    STEP 5 - SUBSEQUENT SESSIONS

    Subsequent sessions - 60 minutes - we will have about 15-20 minutes to discuss how they’ve integrated the previous session and talk about anything they want to share about their progress. I will then lead the client into a hypnotherapy session of about 40 minutes in length once again.
